Rockstar Games has named French electronic duo Justice as the composers behind Grand Theft Auto VI’s original dynamic score. The announcement arrives alongside the game’s launch trailer, powered by Justice’s new single “Flower in a Hurricane,” featuring Tame Impala, SZA, and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard.

The October 15 announcement connects the music of Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay to the next chapter of the Grand Theft Auto franchise, bringing their unmistakable electronic sound to Vice City and the wider state of Leonida.

Justice Teams Up With Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard

“Flower in a Hurricane” serves as the musical foundation for the newly released launch trailer. According to Rockstar, pieces of Justice’s score previously appeared during Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look and other major announcements. More information about the duo’s original score album is still to come.

The song is available as a standalone Justice single and will also appear on Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album. The official soundtrack is available to pre-save, with vinyl and CD pre-orders offered through the album website.

A New Chapter for Justice

Justice rose to prominence on Paris-based Ed Banger Records with “Waters of Nazareth” and their influential debut-era anthem “D.A.N.C.E.” Their latest album, 2024’s Hyperdrama, featured Tame Impala on “Neverender,” which earned a Grammy for Best Electronic Recording. The duo followed that release with an extensive world tour and major festival appearances.

Now, their work on GTA VI marks a major expansion of their cinematic reach, bringing their sound to one of gaming’s most recognized worlds. Grand Theft Auto VI is scheduled for November 19 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
