U.K. underground rising star Feng is officially taking his momentum global. Fresh off a standout performance at Rolling Loud Orlando, the 20-year-old artist kicked off his completely sold-out Weekend Rockstar Tour on May 19 in Vancouver. The run marks Feng’s first-ever North American headline tour and comes just as excitement around his debut album, Weekend Rockstar, continues to build.

From Underground Buzz to Global Demand

Demand for the tour was immediate. Several shows sold out so quickly that venues were upgraded, and extra dates were added in key markets.

Highlights include:

  • Two nights at The Roxy Theatre in Los Angeles

  • Back-to-back New York shows at Bowery Ballroom and Music Hall of Williamsburg

  • Stops in major cities including Seattle, San Francisco, Houston, Atlanta, Washington, D.C., and Toronto

After the North American leg, Feng will appear at major festivals such as Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash, splash! Festival, and CLOUT Festival before heading across Europe and the U.K.

Rolling Loud Orlando Put Feng on the Map

Feng made his U.S. festival debut at Rolling Loud Orlando earlier this month, delivering one of the weekend’s most talked-about sets. Performing on the Zig-Zag Stage, he drew a packed crowd that shouted along to his breakout 2025 single Princess. Staying true to his high-energy, positive-punk style, Feng ended the set by jumping off the stage and embracing fans. Music publication Bars summed up the moment simply: “Feng shut down the Zig-Zag Stage.”

He also appeared on the festival livestream and joined Sadprt for a party hosted by xaviersobased in the days leading up to the event.

Inside Weekend Rockstar

Feng’s debut album, Weekend Rockstar, is a 13-track project that captures the exhilaration, uncertainty, and freedom of youth. Drawing inspiration from the U.K. underground and alternative pop, the album explores themes of:

  • Love

  • Ambition

  • Sudden success

  • Escaping everyday monotony

Aside from the previously released XOXO, Feng wrote, recorded, and mixed the entire project himself. Most of the album was co-produced with Bilal Hamdi.

The project was introduced through singles including:

  • J*b

  • Cali Crazy

  • Firework

“Firework” stands out as one of the album’s emotional centerpieces, featuring the hopeful lyric:

“Don’t know what’s coming for you, but I know it’s something bright.”

A Fast-Rising Star

Feng entered 2026 with significant recognition from major music outlets.

He was featured in:

  • The FADER’s Artists to Watch in 2026

  • The FADER’s GEN F class

  • Complex

  • Pigeons & Planes

  • Ones to Watch

Ones to Watch praised Feng by writing that his music “bleeds personality and charisma.”

Beyond music, Feng has generated buzz for his appearances at Milan Fashion Week and for the increasingly popular house parties profiled by Interview Magazine, DAZED, and Pitchfork.
