Just Jayne Bring Their World to Life on Debut EP Jayne

Just Jayne have released their debut EP, Jayne, via The Core Records. The seven-track project introduces the full creative world behind the rising country-pop trio, built around soaring three-part harmonies, sharp hooks, and deeply relatable storytelling.

A Seven-Track Introduction

The EP brings together previously released standouts “White Picket Fence,” “Love A Loser,” “What’s His Name?,” “Climate Change,” and “Death & Taxes,” alongside new songs “Bad Day” and “Emergency Contact.” The latter serves as the project’s focus track.

Across the project, Just Jayne are joined by a strong group of songwriters, including Meghan Trainor, Kid Harpoon, Tyler Johnson, Sasha Alex Sloan, Allison Veltz Cruz, and more. Trainor, Kid Harpoon, and Johnson teamed up to write “Bad Day,” while the trio co-wrote “Emergency Contact” with Sloan and King Henry.

Everyone Is Jayne

At the heart of the project is the idea that everyone is Jayne. Taylor Edwards, Jillian Steele, and Rachel Wiggins grew up in different places, but found themselves drawn to many of the same feelings, heartbreaks, dreams, and coming-of-age experiences. Those shared threads became the foundation of Jayne, turning personal stories into songs that feel instantly familiar.

She started as a combination of the three of us, but she’s become every girl in a way, your best friend, your big sister, or a version of yourself.

Momentum on the Road

The EP arrives amid a breakout stretch for the Nashville-based trio, who were recently featured on Taste of Country’s “RISERS: 2026 Artists to Watch” roundup and made their international debut at C2C Festival in London earlier this year.

Just Jayne are also continuing to build momentum live, with dates including LASSO Montréal, Somewhere Fest, support dates with Ashley Cooke in California, and November support dates with Josh Ross in Ontario.
