Lil Baby gave back to his hometown in a meaningful way this Mother’s Day, hosting a free flower pop-up in Atlanta to honor mothers across the city.

The event was inspired by his latest hit, “Mrs. Trendsetter,” and gave families the chance to celebrate the women who keep everything together behind the scenes.
A Special Mother’s Day Surprise
Children who attended the event were able to handpick custom flower bouquets for their moms and write heartfelt cards expressing their appreciation.
To make the day even more memorable, families posed for red carpet-style photos, giving mothers a chance to be recognized and celebrated in the spotlight they deserve.
Lil Baby on Honoring Mothers
Lil Baby, who was raised by a single mother, shared why the event was so personal to him.
“To me, mothers are the original Mrs. Trendsetters. Being raised by a single mom, I know first-hand how hard women work to make it happen for their kids, so this was just a small way for them to show their moms some appreciation.”
“Mrs. Trendsetter” Continues to Dominate
The Mother’s Day event adds another layer to the success of Lil Baby’s current single, “Mrs. Trendsetter.”
The song recently reached No. 1 on Mediabase’s Urban Radio Chart, while its official music video, directed by Mikey Rare, has already earned more than 7 million views on YouTube.
In the visual, a group of women connect through a “Trendsetters” group chat before coming together to celebrate their confidence, ambition, and shared success.
A Standout Track From The Leaks
“Mrs. Trendsetter” appears on Lil Baby’s 2025 mixtape, The Leaks.
The project became his fifth No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Rap Albums chart and also landed in the Top 20 of the Billboard 200.
Another standout from the tape, “Superman,” earned recognition from Pitchfork as one of the 40 Best Rap Songs of 2025.
Giving Back While Staying on Top
With “Mrs. Trendsetter” climbing the charts and a heartfelt community event in Atlanta, Lil Baby continues to show why he remains one of rap’s biggest stars.
More than just a hitmaker, he is using his platform to celebrate and uplift the people who helped shape him from the very beginning.
