MPH and Skrillex Team Up for New Single “Mirage”

MPH has teamed up with Skrillex for “Mirage,” a new collaboration out now via DisOrder/Capitol Records. The track arrives after months of anticipation, with fans waiting on the record since MPH teased it at EDC Las Vegas in May.

A UK Garage Collision

One of the most in-demand producers in the new wave of UK Garage, MPH brings his sound together with Skrillex on a track that samples Red Rat’s early-2000s Jamaican dancefloor classic “ShellyAnn.” The result is described as a euphoric blend of driving drums, sputtering bass, warped vocal chops, beaming chords, and a bouncing synth line.

Skrillex would do some bits and pass the laptop to me. I’d do some bits and, pretty soon, we’d married our sounds together.

Biggest Headline Shows to Date

Following a summer of festival appearances that included Parklife in the UK, Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, and an upcoming CRSSD Festival stop, MPH is preparing for his biggest headline shows to date. The tour launches September 19 at Pumpehuset in Copenhagen, with the North American leg beginning October 2 at REALM in Portland, Oregon.

The run includes stops at A.I. Warehouse in Washington, DC, Ogden Theatre in Denver, Black Creek Assembly in Toronto, and Knockdown Center in New York City, where the tour wraps on November 28.
