Today, GRAMMY®-winning artist Kali Uchis treats fans to a new era of her sound with the release of “Cry About It!” — a lush, bilingual single featuring the unmistakable voice of Ravyn Lenae. This highly anticipated track is the first taste of Uchis’ upcoming deluxe album, Sincerely: P.S., arriving September 26 via Capitol Records.

A Tour Like No Other

Kali Uchis is currently in the midst of The Sincerely, Tour, a theatrical, multi-phase journey through her discography. She's not just performing music — she's taking fans on a full-circle emotional experience, starting with her most recent, deeply personal fifth studio album, Sincerely, and traveling backward through the sonic worlds of her previous records.

Fresh off back-to-back sold-out nights at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, and with another packed night coming up at the new Intuit Dome, Uchis has been surprising fans with guest appearances from stars like Peso Pluma, SZA, and Steve Lacy. Now, she’s gearing up for two huge shows at Madison Square Garden before heading to more major cities across North America.

The Sound of “Cry About It!”

Already a fan favorite after being teased during live sets, “Cry About It!” blends modern doo-wop vibes and subtle bossa nova rhythms, wrapped in a warm, bilingual vocal performance. Uchis sings:

“Too bad, so sad, you should cry about it / Llora, llora, hasta que ya te deje de doler / Too bad, so sad, go cry about it.”

It’s a bittersweet anthem that feels both tender and cheeky — and Ravyn Lenae’s rich, emotive verse adds even more depth.

What to Expect from Sincerely: P.S.

Out September 26, the Sincerely: P.S. deluxe album continues the story Uchis began earlier this year with Sincerely — a project she wrote and executive produced herself, and her first since becoming a mother. Described as her most intimate and vulnerable work to date, Sincerely debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and includes standout tracks like “All I Can Say,” “Sunshine & Rain…,” and “ILYSMIH.”

Rolling Stone praised the album as “a vulnerable meditation on motherhood and memory,” and Uchis has opened up about the inspiration behind the record in recent interviews with Billboard, Marie Claire, Los Angeles Times, and Zane Lowe.

More from Kali

Outside of her own music, Uchis recently teamed up with Mariah the Scientist for their sultry collab, “Is It a Crime.” On tour, she’s joined by rising soul stars Thee Sacred Souls, an 11-piece outfit from San Diego, whose vintage sound perfectly complements Uchis' nostalgic style.

Due to overwhelming demand, she’s even added a third L.A.-area show to close out the tour.
