KATSEYE is taking its next era to the big screen. The two-time GRAMMY®-nominated global girl group will bring KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS to cinemas worldwide for a limited theatrical engagement beginning August 12, ahead of the release of their third EP, WILD.

A New Era for KATSEYE

The film follows KATSEYE as the group steps into a bold new chapter while preparing for WILD, their third EP. Featuring never-before-seen footage, EYEKONS fan videos, and intimate interviews with the members, WILD HEARTS highlights the relationship between the group and the global fanbase that helped power their rise.

From the pressure of Dream Academy to viral chart success, the film looks at the highs, setbacks, sacrifices, and breakthrough moments that shaped KATSEYE’s path to global pop stardom. The project is positioned as both a celebration of the group’s journey so far and a preview of where they are headed next.

Behind the Film

KATSEYE: WILD HEARTS comes from the team behind Netflix’s Pop Star Academy. The film is produced by Interscope Films and Boardwalk Pictures, in partnership with HYBE x Geffen, and is directed by Nadia Hallgren.

KATSEYE’s first-ever cinema event celebrates the passionate EYEKONS community that has embraced KATSEYE’s journey from the group’s formation to becoming one of pop’s most exciting new global acts.

The theatrical release arrives just days before WILD, which is set to be released August 14 via HYBE x Geffen Records. The EP follows the group’s 2025 project BEAUTIFUL CHAOS, which debuted in the top five of the Billboard 200.

What’s Next

KATSEYE will launch THE WILDWORLD TOUR on September 1. According to the announcement, the global arena run is completely sold out, continuing a major breakout stretch that includes a first Coachella performance, the single “PINKY UP,” and continued momentum from fan favorites like “Gnarly” and “Gabriela.”
