Machine Gun Kelly is back with a bang. The multi-Platinum recording artist has unleashed “no cell phones in rehab,” a fiery new track and video pulled straight from the vault of his career-defining 2020 album, Tickets To My Downfall.
This is just the start — mgk is releasing an unreleased track from that era every day this week at 9:25 a.m. PT, building momentum toward the release of Tickets To My Downfall (All Access), an anniversary edition of the record executive produced by Travis Barker.
A Landmark Moment in mgk’s Career
When “Tickets To My Downfall” first dropped in 2020, it marked a major shift for mgk — taking him from rap stardom to the frontlines of a new pop-punk movement.
The album became his first No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
It charted 18 songs on the Hot Rock Songs Chart.
Singles like “bloody valentine” and “my ex’s best friend” both hit No. 1 at Alternative and went Platinum.
This era helped redefine mgk’s sound and career, turning him into one of the leading voices in modern rock.
A New Chapter with “lost americana” and a Global Tour
Fast forward to now, and mgk’s reign continues. His latest project, lost americana, recently became his third straight No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Rock & Alternative Albums chart.
With more than 20.6 billion streams worldwide and millions of albums sold, mgk is gearing up for his biggest tour yet — spanning North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.
Tour kicks off: November 18 in Phoenix, AZ.🎟 Full lineup and tickets: machinegunkelly.com.
Major Performances This Fall
On top of the tour, mgk will headline three huge stages in November:
🎤 30th Anniversary Vans Warped Tour in Orlando
🏈 112th Grey Cup Halftime Show in Winnipeg
🏎 Las Vegas Grand Prix Formula 1 weekend
It’s shaping up to be a massive end of the year for mgk — and “no cell phones in rehab” is just the spark.
